Practical cybersecurity for real homes and businesses
Backups that work, accounts that can't be taken over with one leaked password, and smart devices that aren't an open door to your network.
Cybersecurity & Backup, done properly
Most attacks on small businesses and households aren't sophisticated. They're phishing emails, reused passwords and unpatched devices. Fixing the basics stops most of them.
We start with backups, multi-factor authentication and updates, then harden the network and the smart devices on it. The aim is protection that doesn't get in the way of your day.

Questions
Cybersecurity & Backup FAQs
We're small. Are we really a target?
Yes, because small businesses are easier targets. Most attacks are automated and don't care how big you are.
Can smart home devices be hacked?
Poorly set up ones can. We change defaults, apply updates and isolate them so a compromised camera can't reach your computers.
What's the first thing we should do?
Make sure you have a backup that's been tested, and turn on multi-factor authentication for email. Those two steps alone make a huge difference.
